Our SkyFest evening of history just keeps growing!

George Galloway has confirmed his attendance at SkyFest!

Here is the latest list of folks that will be joining us and telling thier stories Wednesday night at SkyFest!

We are thinking of having some sort of format for this evening. Tell us what you want. Maybe we create a line of questions that we run thru and let each one speak for a bit, or random questions. We have slides, 16mm film and other items for your viewing pleasures. What would you like to see?

Bill Booth-40 years skydiving, Gene Paul Thacker-77th Birthday, 40th year jumping, Raeford Parachute Center-40th Anniversary, Tony Uragalo-30 years in the USA, 39 years skydiving, Bachmans-49th year with ParaGear (dirt-diving for the big 50), Sherry Schrimsher-45th year with USPA and skydiving, J Schrimsher -25th with USPA and jumping. John Leblanc and Ted Strong are on the pending list with 51 years in the sport for Ted! Additional families attending with time in the sport are: Thomas's with Sun Path, Verner's, Blue's, Bill Newell will be offering free VSCR memberships, with more to come! You don't want to miss these history lessons, I guarantee it! Bring your logbook, photos or whatever you want and get some autographs!

Folks, this may be a once in a life time opportunity to experience and hear our history, lets design an incredible format that keeps everyone's interest. Please be considerate and help us stay on track with audience distractions. If you find yourself not interested please go buy a round of beers for those that are trying to learn. We will be recording this with HD cameras in attempt to preserve this unique evening, dont be "that" guy on film!
